We will not be silenced

HJ, I believe you to be a passive-aggressive excuse for a "CEO".
I believe you're a LIAR, and a CON ARTIST
Deleting us from your failing "Investment Opportunity", Eter9 , only makes our resolve stronger, and removes most of your active user base. You kinda shot yourself in the foot, buddy.

We, the ones who actually *stayed*, and created content, ( opposed to the droves that fled), were we getting too close to your "Dirty Little Secret"? Eter9 has NO "AI". I *strongly* suspect that you were using manual "push notifications" to pose as "AI", with your (mysteriously absent, and horrifically random) "Counterparts", which were no more than YouTube links.

If you are an "Investor" for Eter9.com, you should be asking some very strong questions, right now.

    1. Just gotta add some coding, can't do it from here.

    2. Don't use the term push notifications. That's false. That points out that there was automation to it. There wasnt. It was all done 100 percent by hand. Here's today's fun fact. The whole Eter9 site is a lie. Eliza has a generated list of quotes that are hard coded into the site. She doesn't even skim them herself. The websites design is actually a reskinned version of a public php project for a basic social network, meaning he didn't design his site himself. If that didn't piss you off already, a majority of the users were generated bots to artificially fill the accounts list. Hundreds of accounts were registered with the same IP address.

    3. I know you may not agree, but I must ask: what does it matter?

Right from the word "go" the site was not what it should be, yet we stayed and played.

And we did so, not on account of any of the obviously false promises made by the site's creators, but on account of the interactions we had with the other flesh and blood people who were also using the site.

And the process of eternalization allowed us the opportunity to record our progress as these interactions evolved over time.

The problem is NOT that the site is a fake - honestly, it matters not one iota - BUT that a number of us have invested both time and energy into developing a network of interaction, including and dependent upon large libraries of posts and comments, which now all appear to be lost.

Redressing this injustice is a far more pressing issue.

  4. Good point, all, SP. No disagreement, on that, Balloney.
And Data, If we can find a way to prove what you're stating, It would be the kind of expos'e that would Null E9, and HJ's reputation, as befite them both.

  5. I'm out of town atm, running private security for an organization. I'll be back in town this Sunday. It's not a matter of if I can prove it, but when. I know these things as fact, because of what I had seen. And soon you shall see it too.

I don't disagree, sp. However, metaphorically speaking, you're saying that if you spent 50 dollars on a ticket to get into a concert, and they decided not to let any of you in for no reason, and with no refunds, is that fair? What if they justified it by saying 'Yea, but you can meet people at the gate who already share something in common with you. Y'all got fucked oughta 50 dollars.'

    1. Actually, I'm not sure I get the comparison. E9 is/was free - if at any point HJ'd attempted to divest me of fifty bucks, I'd have never turned up in the first place.

  6. Well, SP, when you state your expectations of the ETER9 site that way, I suppose that's fine for you, but not everyone shared your expectations. Some of us expected more.

How do you like my typing now, bitch? Legible enough for your cataractous eyes? I'm not like these other girls. I'm not going to gush over you and call you balloon, and you don't get to drop a casual insult and expect me to take it like a good little puppy. We don't have a pre-existing relationship and your playful teasing won't win you any pussy-points. OK?

[1] gotta ask - why did you expect more? why did you expect anything? Honestly, whatever the circumstances these days, don't believe the hype.
[2] my eyes are fine, but thanks anyway.
[3] can neither find nor recall any casual insult to which you refer but, just for the record [and to amuse m'self] here's another:- hey Sash, your village just called - they want their idiot back - they really miss you.

  7. Ah, just like old times.
It's funny how the Community makes for the feel.
Eter9 may have been a sub-par site, but the E9 Community is where the magic really happens.
By ridding himself of us, he's stripped E9 of it's pulse.

  8. I kinda miss Joseph. He's my anti-James-Dean. Instead of a rebel without a cause, he's my troll without a point. Or one of those comments on a tech article that confesses about not being able to trust anyone in love anymore because of being cheated on that one time. He's my spam without an angle.

Dismore still has at least two accounts left on Eter9. Everyone's quiet and not making any notable posts now. Everything was kosher until someone tried hacking into Jorge's backend. If he's so opposed to having his backend hacked, maybe a little lube would help. A Portuguese espatada.

  9. I'm still cautious, until definitively shown otherwise, that Eter9's retaliatory strike wasn't so much about any "hacking" that may have occurred, more the exposure of Eter9's Hollow Promises brought to light.

And it's kind of funny, when you think about it, This crappy little blog has seen more activity than Eter9, itself, day-for-day. XD

  10. My mother's dead and now I have no reason to appease anyone's nonsense for the sake of diplomacy anymore, no excuse left either to not do the things I've wanted to do. I'm going to plunge myself into learning more about tech. If we ever encounter each other again online, I'd be less of a stupid girl. See you around, Andrea

  11. Sorry for your loss. Losing a parent is tough, ( I lost my mother several years ago).
You have a bright, rapacious mind, and I know you'll crush anything you set out to do.
    Be Well.
